Good news! Cellphones don’t cause cancer. Probably

There is no convincing evidence that cellphone use poses a threat to human health, according to an extensive review of scientific evidence released Thursday.

A team of scientists with the UK’s Health Protection Agency analyzed hundreds of peer-reviewed scientific studies on the impacts low-level exposure to radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (produced by cellphones and other wireless devices) on humans, animals and cells.

The 348-page review found no “conclusive” evidence that cellphone use causes cancer, infertility or a threat to brain function.

“Overall, the results of studies have not demonstrated that the use of mobile phones causes brain tumours or any other type of cancer,” the group said. “The evidence suggests that radio frequency field exposure below guideline levels does not cause symptoms in humans.”

Microwaves used by cell phones can not change chemistry and can not have any biological effect. How can “scientists” waste so much in studying something that is impossible. Radio and TV signals pass through our brains constantly.
