EPA air chief Gina McCarthy testified under oath to Congress that the EPA met “extensively” with heavy truckers about fuel economy standards.
According to the truckers, they only had one introductory meeting with EPA and then the agency ignored them.
We’ve had how many people arrested for lying about cheating in baseball (a civil matter since all criminal statuatory limits were expired)? Yet, this is the second time that McCarthy has been ouright accused of blatantly lying under oath and she has not had so much as a hand-slap?
Gina McCarthy needs to be thrown into jail…
